The best place ever to get your Emissions done

So, seeing as how my birthday is next week, I have been on a mad crazy dash to get my emissions done. Last night, my friend Lila told me about this little place over by Venture Mall (With the dollar theatre and the Q-zar) where the guy feeds the cats.

So I go up there, and it's dead quiet. I see this sweet looking little woman sitting there next to a cat carrier.

The cat in the carrier had been dropped off there, the day before, with it's neck practically shredded. It could not be more than 4 months old. It was making the most pathetic noise in the world. The lady said she had taken it home last night, and cleaned it's wound, which was horribly infected. Apparently during the night, the infection spread into the kitten's veins, and it was so horribly pathetic. She said she was taking donations to have it put to sleep, so that it didn't have to be in pain anymore.

So yeah, I paid for my emissions, and gave her half the change, because no creture should have to live like that EVER.

The point is, if you need your emissions done, these are very nice people who love animals. Please help them stay in business!

From now until November, if you are going to post something negative about Obama, you must also post something negative about McCain. If you are going to say that Sarah Palin IS a pitbull in lipstick, you must call Biden a flaming douche.

I hate that all of my friends are so divided on everything, and I think that if everybody had to post a bull shit statement about each candidate instead of one or the other, we'd see that there is not a damn word of truth coming out of either side.

So, I'm driving down the street, and I see one of the many "ELECT ME" signs on the side of the road. But this one is different.

It's Bright RED.

But that's not the only thing. This one is funny. The lady who's name is on it, that's her campaign page. Her second last name was on the sign in BOLD WHITE LETTERS.

Now, I grew up in Smyrna, where we've been Re-Elect-ing Doug Stoner and Pat Head (who my mom says is really nice) for damn near ever.

But I've never seen one as funny as BUNCUM.

I just busted out the old AIM sn, after about 5 years on non-use. I quit using it because of an ex, who luckily never got the new one. But it's been long enough, he probably realized I would never ever use it again, and so I added it to my pidgin list, and will be logged in with both "theultimatetia" and "Z spud iz here" whenever I am online.

I wish I could remember the configuration of the user name, and the password for "honkifuluvchickin"

which might actually be how I spelled it.....

In other news, nothing interesting at all is going to ever happen to me again, and my back is a massive knot of pain today, so I'm doping myeslf up on Doans pills and hoping I can start drinking at 5.

So, today I said my good bye to our old apartment. It's the first place liquidbob and I officially lived together, and was our first home as a married couple. There were a lot of good times had in it, and it was sad to leave it all empty today. It was like we were never even there, and nobody but us knows what a great little place it really was.

Moving for the past week has been hell, especially on my back. Two flights of stairs means it wasn't easy to get everything up here, and of course we were nowhere near done packing when the movers came.

I have SOOOOOO many boxes of crap to unpack. I didn't realize we had this much CRAP!! How does one accumulate this much shit in just a couple of years? It's even scarier when you think that I have a bunch of stuff still at my Mom's house, including my old bed.

But, we're moved, and I get to unpack for the next week.

And after that, I get to start figuring out what a housewife does.....

maybe I can come up with a cleaning schedule that includes 2 hours a day of video games, an hour of working out, time to cook and do laundry and watch my soaps and lay out by the pool.

This summer has potential.
